Anyone with a login inside a client organisation — admins, members, and viewers all count. People in your own developer account (not inside a client org) never count toward any org's seat total.

You, the developer, are billed for every client org's seats. Your clients never see a bill from Agentic Vessel — what you charge them for the portal is entirely between you and them.

The first 3 users in every org are free. Every user beyond that is billed at $3 per user per month, prorated for the days remaining in the billing cycle.

Yes. What you charge your client for their portal is entirely up to you — most developers fold it into a monthly retainer rather than passing our per-seat cost through directly.

No. Pricing is purely per user seat in a client org. Run as many agents, tasks, and scheduled workflows as you want at no extra cost.

If a client org's seats go unpaid, that org loses access until the balance is settled — your client will see a billing notice rather than the portal. Your developer account itself and your other client orgs are unaffected.

No. Billing is month to month for however many paid seats a client org has at the time. Cancel a client org's paid seats at any time and billing stops at the end of the current cycle.

No. We only charge for seats. Your retainer, project fee, or however you bill your client is yours in full.

Yes. Every client organisation is fully isolated — its own subdomain, its own users, its own task history and connected agents. Clients in one org cannot see or reach another org's data.
