These placeholder terms summarise the current commercial model. A full, legally reviewed agreement will replace this page:

• Developer accounts are free, with unlimited client organisations and agents
• Each client organisation’s first 3 users are free; additional users are billed at $3 per user per month
• New client organisations include a 90-day free trial before paid seats are billed
• Billing is month to month, with no minimum term or contract
• The developer, not the client, is responsible for their organisations’ billing
• Acceptable use, liability, and data-processing terms are still being finalised
